Did you ever passed out? Do you find yourself too sluggish to even perform bodily activities? If you answered yes to one of the two questions then it must be your weight that is causing the trouble. Good thing, there are several bodyweight exercises that you can do in order to limit your bodyweight into the acceptable range. But it is a must for you to experiment with your personal variations and substitutions for you to be able to get the kind that will work well on you.
As a rule of the thumb, there is a must for you to warm up or cool down before jump in to any exercise programs out there. It is safe to modify programs in order to go with your goals and to address you weaknesses, just don’t try to overdo things to prevent any accidents from taking place. There are some programs that are not just for you, but it does not actually mean that they are not for you. All you just have to do is to experiment for you to find out which one will work best on you to improve your weaknesses and to amplify your strengths.
You can increase intensity by simply augmenting the amount of sets or circuits that you do. You can also do this by augmenting the exercises that you do and the repetitions that you take. Lessening the rest period in between your exercise might help as well. Never ever try to indulge into the habit of doing the same thing all over again because it is only through variations when you will be able to see good results in the end.
It would help if you can dedicate some of your time to execute and practice difficult forms of exercises. But just be safe in what you are doing for you not to end up inside the hospital because of accidents.
In fact, if you can just allow your creative mind to function, you will be able to create a certain workout that will work well on you. How about trying to mix up stunts and activities that you like for you to be able to come up with something that you really like? However, it is wrong to push yourself to the limit because you will merely end up hurting yourself. Keep in mind that healthy body can never be obtained overnight.
