hearing-your-body-talk

“I am too fat”

“Please stop your hunger strike!”

“Don’t you like to exercise?”

“I am too sluggish”

If your body can talk, what is it going to say to you? In case you look at the mirror and you don’t like what you are seeing, this is the sign that you are asking for so you would know what to do with it. If you see everything but bulges all around, probably its time to exercise, start moving around, and be mindful of your diet. In case you see a sickly person who looks as if she is going to pass out, probably you need to stop your diet fat. You see, the body is a part of your being so you need to be sensitive to its needs. You need to know ways that you can do to help improve not just your appearance, but your overall physical health. The good thing is, there are different methods that you can do in order to help your body achieve the healthiest condition that it can have. The first method to do is to accept your real state. Sadly, some people don’t like the idea of being called fat when in fact they are really fat. They are always on self denial. For you to look for the best exercise and diet, it would help if you can experiment with your personal variations and substitutions.

But no matter what kind of exercise you are going to do, there is a must that you start to warm up or cool down just before you can jump in to any exercise programs. It is always right to modify programs in order to go with your personal goals and to better address you weaknesses, but you need not to personally do the ‘alteration’. Leave this job to your physical fitness trainer or to your physician.  Not until you were able to get the best program that will fit your needs, you may see yourself experimenting with different programs because this is the only method that your doctor can see which among the many programs will go with you.

In every exercise and diet you submit yourself into, just don’t forget to understand the fact that there is no way for you to get the body that you want in a just a span of one week. Patience is a virtue that you need to practice at all times, in all aspect of physical training.
