Although it is true at some extent that if you intend to eradicate some weight, you should also try to avoid treating your sweet tooth but you need to realize that this is not always the case. Yes, too many sweets can be damaging to you, plus it can hamper your way from completely achieving the body that you want to have. However, if you just try to exhaust your way to pick the foods and sweets that you popped into your mouth, you will realize that there are indeed some that you can try while also helping you to achieve proper weight lose.
One of those that you can choose is the smoothie. Don’t you love how those delicate fluffy dissolve in your mouth? Don’t you love their heavenly tastes? Don’t you just like the idea that you can eat something that is ‘sweet’ but will not put your body in a whole lot of mess? You’ll be happy to know that there are different recipes that you can try for your smoothie, some of them involve ingredients that you can just get from your cupboard while some of the ingredients entails you to drive to your department store just to be able to get them.
What’s even greater about these smoothies is the fact that you can add different ingredients in order to tweak its nutritional content. Like for example, you are bound to do a banana strawberry smoothie but you wish it to have enough fiber so you won’t feel hungry longer, what you can do is to add about half cup of oatmeal into the ingredients and viola, get the fiber that you need without affecting the overall taste! Furthermore, you can replace sugar with honey so you can get the same rich sweetness minus the guilt. It is just up to you to create some ‘tweaking’ with the recipe for you to be able to make something that will specifically address your needs.
On the other hand, there is no wrong in following the recipe down to the very last ingredients stated on the book or ebook where you were able to get it. There’s no wrong in doing such.
Indeed, smoothie is the answer to those long nights where you find yourself craving for something sweet but you are just too afraid to have a bite over the chocolate that your brother is devilishly enjoying!
