To perform this exercise, try to kneel on the ground while bringing forward your left foot the slide right leg into the back portion until you feel that you are stretching your quads, just be sure that your torso is not leaned forward and always ensure that your upper body is straight. You can now push your hips forward and make sure that it is facing straight ahead. Breathe. Place your hands into the floor to help you up then switch legs.
 
There are other exercises that promote flexibility that you can try on your own. In just a little stretching and exercising, you will see a big change in your body. In fact, promoting flexibility is not only good for people to loosen up their muscle but this is also great for those who wish to get to relieve their tensions away.
